Grense Jakobselv

In the early 1930s two young Germans, a man of action and an opportunist, make a choice that leads them to Victoria Terrasse in Oslo, to Grense Jakobselv and over the border. The war becomes the Cold War. Later a young Norwegian, frightened by his forebears' misdeeds, tries to do right by following every law and rule, and must ask whether the line between good and evil still runs where it did.
