De gebeurtenis

Every chapter is named for a person, and all of them orbit Willem, a renowned author who has just died. How they relate to one another, and what each meant to him, only gradually becomes clear as the reader looks for the thread from one section to the next. It all begins when scientists select the woman who served as his secretary to communicate with his digitised mind. He has also bequeathed his literary estate to her instead of to his widow, who fights the will. Desire, infidelity and mortality run through the pages.
