FEM

A woman writes a long letter to the man who is about to leave her. Like Scheherazade, she sets out to tell her former lover stories “to keep him awake all night”, mixing the small events of their daily life together with her most intimate experiences of growing into a woman, from childhood to adulthood, in an unconventional journey through the twists of her body and mind. The moods, fantastic images and strange visions of her tales all serve one purpose: to open him up to something beyond.
