The second half of the family saga begun in 'Fish Have No Feet', it again shifts between Norðfjörður in earlier generations and today's Keflavík, by way of the heath where the American base stood. Love appears as sacrifice and balancing act, alongside death, a clenched fist and the songs of Elvis Presley.
