Sentences on Wonderment

The book has two parts: very short pieces, the Ohrwurm notes, and seven longer stories. Nobody in them is ever amazed, yet they make the reader wonder. How many things can make a horse panic? Why do the blind ride the chairlift? What happens if we move to lower houses? The stories also show how a video player brought from the other side of the Iron Curtain changes a family's life, what to do when a mother is too irritated by her son's hair, and what the hard covers of an illustrated chronicle can be used for.
