Љетопис вјечности

Simon Rujanić, in the last hours before his death, reviews his whole life, looking for its moral footing and its turning points. He knows that the truth about the defeated, about his father, his brothers and the people of Pelinovo, has lain buried deep in the ground for more than sixty years and must one day rise again. The novel deals with the tragic ideological divisions of the Second World War seen from the side of those defeated and killed for their beliefs, and with what came after, when the confident victors declared them traitors without appeal and their own story was silenced. In Simon's memory it finally comes back, as a tragedy of history and ideology and of human fate.
