Ljubezni Sinjebradca

The narrator is an attractive, wealthy, intelligent computer programmer with an artistic streak: he paints, takes photographs, writes poems for his girlfriends and keeps a neat black notebook about every woman in his life, recording each affair in detail. After his girlfriend Sonja leaves him, he takes up with a stripper, Emira. Then Inspector Kuzmanovič discovers that four of his former girlfriends have disappeared without a trace, and the programmer is held in custody while the inspector reads the notebooks. What begins like an erotic novel turns into a detective story, as the reader starts to doubt the narrator's confessions and to wonder what he has left out.
