Το μυστικό της Έλλης

Elli's erotic life seemed over as she approached fifty. Entrenched among her books, memories and photo albums, she believed that was enough. Then a meeting at the street market in her neighbourhood of Rouf, in Athens, with a younger man rekindles a desire she had cancelled. Her affair with the married Antonis not only wakes her senses and feelings but puts her in a new role, in an unpredictable and risky story. Set in the small worlds of Rouf and Votanikos at the start of the economic crisis, which shapes the lives of both, the novel is about absence, loss, departure and unexpected love.
