جهاد ناعم

The novel follows episodes from the life of Nidal Fathallah, a terrorist who returns to Tunisia with the weight of his crimes and a memory heavy with betrayals. His story stands for a generation who, after the revolution of 14 January, dreamed of freedom, work and dignity, and were pushed instead toward smuggling, the boats across the Mediterranean, recruitment for the wars in Syria, Iraq and Libya, and the grip of political Islam.
