Juno, in her mid-fifties, lives precariously as a performance artist in Leipzig and cares for her husband Jupiter, who has multiple sclerosis. Always busy, always worried, she spends sleepless nights chatting with men who declare their love to women online to get at their money. Instead of falling for them, she finds a kind of freedom in the chats: here she can be whoever she wants and say whatever she likes. She plays games with the men who lie to her and becomes a liar herself. Then she meets Benu, who sees through her as she sees through him, and despite the distance, a bond forms.
