Zemlja bez sutona

Glorija Suton, a botanist who collects seeds from endangered habitats, visits her father Žarko in Split between two field trips. The visit inevitably becomes a return to his native Vrj, the hamlet of Sutoni somewhere in the Dalmatian hinterland near the Cetina, where she meets Jadran, a childhood friend, his daughter Alta, a few invasive species and the job of transplanting a tree. Left by a mother who exists only in family myth and raised by her father and grandfather in a patriarchal world hostile to her sex and character, Glorija tries to live in the present, but memories climb over her like ivy, and she has to face the silences, traumas and unresolved doubts of her childhood and her difficult father.
