Кімнати Естер

This is the story of a family with much love and much despair. Ten-year-old Ester has learned to escape the despair: one, two, three, and she is no longer at home but in the Rooms, where the sea spills out and a hot-air balloon drifts across the sky. There she can do anything, perhaps even save her father. He owns an amusement park and is a talented engineer, but he drinks and cannot stop, and neither his wife nor his daughter can change that. The parents keep trying to put their life in order, yet each step leads them to another abyss, and Ester to a new Room. Frightened but determined, she sets out for a place from which she refuses to return alone.
