У земљи Фрање Јосифа

The hero, a construction technician called Milošević, works for a company whose main business is tearing down old buildings to make way for new ones, and he is in charge of designing windows. His favourite reading is a book of lives of famous painters, builders and scribes, and he feels a deep unease in an era that values function over monument. The demolition of one of the buildings of Goethe University in Frankfurt stands for a break with tradition. His toxic relationship with his partner Julijana, a woman with a titanium prosthesis on her left arm, feeds his urge to escape, which goes back to his fifteenth year.
