Blaž, a man in his early forties, teaches at a music school and plays in a band in his spare time. His wife Petra has left him for another man and moved to the Czech Republic, and he is bringing up their eight-year-old daughter Ula on his own. On a train back from Vienna to Ljubljana he meets Maja, a married woman, and begins an affair with her.
