Minnen av infraröd

In these poems, harm and bereavement seep into ordinary days, warping them while sharpening their detail. Spices and snacks in the kitchen, braids being cut, blows that land or narrowly miss: compressed images and twisting phrases follow the logic of remembering and probe the uneasy zone where words, bodies and experience meet. Parents, God, war, death and childhood flicker past in a dreamlike world of hands that cook and hands that let go.
