في كل أسبوع يوم جمعة

The owner of a website admits new members only on Fridays. As they join one by one, each tells their own story: young people talking about their circumstances, their social backgrounds, their ambitions and their frustrations. Little by little they draw closer and form a small society in which every symptom of the larger one shows, and through them the novel looks at how Egyptian society changed in the last decades of the twentieth century and the first years of the new one.
