Noha tells her story from a cell. Her father walked out on her when she was small to wed a Japanese woman, and her mother went from one husband to the next, leaving her open to abuse at home. Working as a nurse, she ends the lives of her patients and of anyone who comes close to her. She flees to Japan, but cannot flee herself, and ends up in a Japanese prison.
