נטל ההוכחה

Romano, a Haifa lawyer, has spent years far from the centre of events when he is asked to represent an Arab carpenter after a violent clash. The quarrel between employer and employee, seemingly about money, takes on a different meaning once its origins surface, from a time when the employer bore another name; thirty years have passed and no one has forgotten. Some graver guilt may emerge, or mitigating facts, unless the present and an unconditional love decide instead.
